A few weeks back I was asking Jim (the son) Maselli about some items I needed for a project, nothing big standard steel items and such. He strung me along for about a week and then when I told him I really needed to know if their company would be able to help us out, or if they even had the stuff available, the guy completely came un-glued and blew up on me completely unprovoked (can you say wack-job). I have no idea how a company like this is still around and in business with the likes of a guy like this working there. Family member or not, no one deserves to be treated in a maner like the way he treated me. I guess they don't have a very big need for personal refferals or additional business. I had heard that these folks were a little slow, but I was not prepared to be verbally insulted from someone I was asking for help and was willing to pay. I guess they must be doing so well that they think they can treat CUSTOMERS like hell. Not in my world. I will never recommend this company and anyone thinking of having dealings with them I would definitely think twice before getting into bed with them. From what I understand, this kind of treatment happens quite often. If you have to drive a little further to find what you need instead of using this company, I would drive a litte further and spare yourselves the almost guaranteed verbal abuse or be-littling experiance. If I wanted something like that, I would have stayed married to my X-wife. Good luck out there. To bad for Petaluma, such a great town and to have locals like this ruin and mar the place.
