We have taken our pets to Mascoutah Animal Hospital for years. The staff is friendly and courteous and they truly seem to care about your pet. One of the most difficult days for our family was last year on March 29, 2012 when we had to put our 11 year old yellow lab, Molly to sleep. Needless to say, it was a difficult time for my husband, my daughter and myself. The staff gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes. The vet was so gentle and kind as she helped guide us through this process. Our family chose to be with our beloved pet until her last breath. Thank you to Mascoutah Animal Hospital for being there for us and our Mollydawg. :) more

Friendly Community Pet Hospital 6/25/2011

They found our dog when she got outside the fence and kept her safe at the hospital. They looked up her tracker information and called us as soon as they had our number, and let me come in after hours to pick her up with no charge! Very friendly and helpful, I'm glad to have them in the community. more

Pet Owner Beware! 5/24/2011

BEWARE! Took my three pound chihuahua there - they were to terminate the pregnancy and spay her because having puppies was a danger to her health. They said they removed two 'almost full term puppies' and did a complete hysterectomy. TWO DAYS later she gave birth to a stillborn puppy. Now I know why she cried and panted for two days after the surgery even though she was on painkillers. They could have killed my dog! Very neglectful and dirty place. Refused to refund even though we showed them the dead puppy they missed. If you care about your dog go somewhere else or you may regret it. more
