We were there in 2007,and can only say it was AWFUL!! Filthy,very rude owners,they advertise wireless internet.........dont believe it!!!! It seemed like the staff tried to please ,but they could only do what they were allowed to do! The management was only interested in getting your money,and making excuses why almost every single thing DID NOT WORK. We did manage to find a RV campground ( called Spruce lake0 THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Save yourself many headaches,STAY AWAY FROM MARYS LAKE CAMPGROUND! They also allow dogs to run loose,and ALL night partying! Not the family oriented park they advertise! If you mention anything about something not working (for instance,the antique ATM machine) they simply have no problem with telling you to leave and pointing out that all they have to do is call the sheriff and he will escort you out of there in a heartbeat! I witnessed that twice in the 3 awful days we were there. And dont count on a refund! THEY REFUND NOTHING FOR ANY REASON AT ALL!!! Have a great summer vacation everyone,and PLEASE pay attention to what I just typed! There are many,many great places to stay in Colorado,unfortunately this is not one!
