No problems for me, been going for over 10 years 9/29/2009

First off as far as the check is concerned you pay at the register, maybe thats's why they left you the check and walked away! Second, i've have been going to that cafe for MORE than 10 years, i dont even know who the owner is, i dont have a favorite waitor or waitress, so i am not being biased, but not once have i had a bad experience with any employee at Mary Lou's!! The food is excellent and i will continue to be a patron at that restaurant more

fast seating, customer service not priority 7/31/2007

This place needs a big improvement in staff friendlyness... I mean the food is good, the margarita's are tasty, but the attitudes of the workers is a disgrace. Some of them don't even look at you in the eye. They promptly seat you but seem like they are bothered that they have to serve you. I won't eat there ever again, I advise tourists to save your money and go elsewhere. Pros: fast seating, sometimes tasty food, parking Cons: workers service, friendliness more

Great prices, bad customer service 6/1/2007

The first few times I went to eat there was when it just opened. Then it was a nice dining experience. But over the years it kept getting bad. Time after time after time I've experienced the servers that don't smile at all and the service that is bad. The last time we went I practically had to hunt down our waiter for more tea. The check comes and they leave you and never come back. The food tastes great and it is wonderfully priced. The bar is good too, but because of the bad service, I won't be eating there again regardless if the food is good or not. Pros: parking, good food (when it is hot), unlimited refills on soda and tea Cons: service is not good, cashier is not nice, food not hot more
