Buyer BEWARE!!! I ordered flowers for delivery to a funeral home and trusted that they would get there (I ordered online). I called to confirm at 3:00pm that day and they said they hadn't even made them! He then blamed me for ordering online and also said that the $100 spray I ordered off of their website was actually $200 (he said that was FTD's fault), and he could not make the spray for me in time. Funny, because I called his competitor Azure Florists and they gave me the EXACT FTD spray for the $100 AND got it delivered by the 7:00 service. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST if you are looking for reliabilty and great customer service. Azure saved the day!!!
