Personalized Service 1/24/2015

My wife took her car in to Marty's. They located the issue right away, gave her the car back and ordered the parts. Called when parts in and performed the work quickly. The wife felt like she got great service, so I am happy too! more

Honest and quick service 1/15/2015

After taking my car to 2 different shops to get quotes on getting a brake light switch changed I was referred to Marty's and so glad I was. They not only saved me money but also saved me time as they were able to get me in and out within a very short time period. I will be bringing my cars to this shop anytime I need anything. They are very honest and provide excellent customer service. more

Very conscience service 1/2/2015

Very conscience service, on time and you checked back with me after discovering replacing the part did not resolve the trunk release issue. Thankfully the replacement key fob did. since I have several other electrical issues, hopefully I will have you re-visit the trunk issue later. I will be back for sure, because you exceed my expectations! more

takes car with short notice 10/26/2014

my visit was good. received oil change and undercarriage repair. was a little disappointed that the repair didn't take place until 3:30 for such a small repair however, I didn't drop car off until about 1000, so I guess it wasn't bad. Service was done properly, very satisfied. more

I was completely happy with my experience. Marty and his staff are friendly, helpful, and do great work. My car was finished when promised, even though I asked for extra work at the last minute. They treat customers the right way, and I feel more relaxed knowing they are in my neighborhood. more

Lack of communication. 10/20/2014

Took 24 hours longer than expected. I had to call multiple times to get answers as to what was wrong. One gentelman was a bit dismissive when Marty was not in the shop. My partner waas told it was going to be on the $500.00 range and the bill was $690. more
