I just had my service and fixed the air. But it never fails my service engine light always comes back on a day or so after leaving the shop. No one can ever really say that's okay. more

Professional and Personable 12/14/2016

From phone calls, to front deck help, to quality mechanics I find Marty's the best I have ever used. (I am 78, so have used a lot of Auto Repair shops). Capacity to do things professionally is high. They do not cut corners, give good advice and give options. Highly professional. Solutions are sought that will solve the problem without breaking the bank. If it is fixable without a new part they do just that, but do not try to simply find a "cheap" way to do things that will not work. All of the staff are personable and friendly also. Oil Change 11/30/2016

Good Morning, I received an oil change on November 28th. I was told my appointment was at 8:00 a.m. The only thing i was little up happy about was the over an hour wait. But as usual they are the best team i would not change to anyone else to take care of my car. They are the best. Thank you!! more

Customer Service 11/30/2016

My 1st experience with Marty's was to diagnose stuck EGR valves in the engine that caused a vibration at 40mi/hr. I had this car to 3 other shops who could not correctly diagnose the problem. That's why when my car started leaking oil from the valve cover gasket onto the exhaust manifold, I dropped my car off on a Sunday night with no appointment. Marty's had my car ready for pickup that afternoon. Good job. more

Excellent service; they always live up to their great reputation, which is why I ever went to them in the first place for past repair as well. Their service - especially the "take home after drop-off" and the "pick up when car is ready" part of the service, makes all the difference in the world to me! more

Even when they make a mistake, Marty's does a good job 11/5/2016

The service manager misunderstood which door had the rattle and through a comedy of errors, when I returned to pick up the car, the problem hadn't been resolved. So I had to return another day to have the problem corrected. However, even when they make a mistake, (which is hardly ever and who doesn't make an error once in a while) Marty's makes it right by apologizing and always being a pleasure to deal with. I recommend Marty's to my friends and clients. more

One More Reason to Keep Coming Back. 10/25/2016

First I am an actual customer. I am not being paid for my review. I have written before why I think Marty's is the best. Today I want to make another point. I used to take a very casual attitude when it came to my vehicles. I'd have it serviced whenever I had a little extra money, otherwise I get it done when I had problems. And I used to have a lot of problems. Now I bring the truck in to Marty's on a regular basis (they even notify me when it's time). I have been a customer for about two years, and I can't begin to tell you how much money I've saved by taking this pro-active approach. So not only do I recommend people go to Marty's, I recommend they do it on a regular basis. I think they'll find--as I did--that it not only saves money in the long run, it also avoids or eliminates a lot of potential problems. Mel Zeichner. more

I LOVE Marty's! 10/15/2016

As always, I only have good things to say about my experience with Marty's. This s the one place I know I can go and get an honest and fair evaluation! I thought my car needed brake pads, but your team looked I over and told me I still had 80% of the pads. You guys noticed my tires were low on air, you filled and rotated the tires and I was charged $20 for the check up. I always walk away knowing the truth and knowing I have never been taken advantage of at any time! Thank you! more
