Martone Appliance came to my home in November 2011 and to diagnose my broken Viking microwave. The repair person was in my house for less than 5 minutes and told me that the microwave needed almost $700 worth of repairs. I did some additional research and got another opinion. The actual repair only cost $100!\r

I contacted Martone to discuss the incorrect diagnosis and requested a refund of the $75 service charge, which was obviously faulty, if not fraudulent. They refused, were rude, and hung up on me. When I called back, they told me never to call again.\r
