I was there on Valentines Day. The line was out the door. The nice women behind the counter didn't rush things and were not impatient in the least. They encouraged you to pick each chocolate individually, explaining what the ingredients were with a smile. I left there in such a good mood (especially after she gave me a sample on the way out).
Oh, and the chocolate is second to none. Really a special experience.
