We always use Robert in service and think is the BEST!

Worst

Within a couple of days after almost every visit to Martin Chevrolet, my car would spring a leak of some sort....oil, brake fluid etc. At first I thought that it was just bad luck...

Ben Guetterman has been my service rep for several visits. He is so polite and always answers all of my man questions. I am always confident that my vehicle has been serviced to my needs. I wanted to send quick message regarding your Repair Dept...I came in on Monday after you were already closed instead of telling me ""We're Closed"" ...yr mechanic Rick & Odell helped me fix my small problem turn signal on my 2010 Camaro...Some folks are so eager to complain and just want to give you compliment!!! Wonderful service! 5/25/2011

All the staff I came in contact with during my last visit to Martin Chevrolet were very kind and helpful. Ben Guetterman is always very attentive. I went into the showroom and spoke with Erv Facion (sp?) and Fred Halls about a Traverse. Both were encouraging and well-educated about the vehicle. I neded a shuttle ride to and from y home. I had a chance to ride in a Traverse and the drivers were safe and courteous. The cashier was most helpful about informing me of my points that I had not been collecting since I had purchased my vehicle in 2007. She offered to help me out and that was icing on the cake for the day. Martin Chevrolet offers me and my vehicle wonderful service! more

LOVE this dealer 5/9/2011

I been using Martin Chevrolet for service for years and have always had great service, felt the cost of fixing my car was reasonable. I had promised them many years ago that I would buy my next car from them and I did. I LOVE this dealer. We worked with Ron and Martin when it came to deciding on the car to buy. They were great very patient, great listeners. Really made us feel like they were here to help us one buy a great car and that they WANTED our business. I've been in situations when buying a big ticket item that the company thought they were doing me a favor by letting me buy the item. Not at Martin Chevrolet. Jeremy in their finance department was great. Very funny and knew his business. You can tell that everyone working at Martin Chevrolet is there not just for a paycheck but because they believe in the product, the company,their service (selling and servicing of their cars). more

smiling and warm staff 5/6/2011

Everytime I walk into this Dealership I am greeting with smiling and warm staff. Both the sales department and service department are excellent. I only service my vehicle there. I will be visiting them again soon. I purchased my vehicle there to and the experience was great. I hope to see them again to purchase my next vehicle. more

the best service advisor's 5/2/2011

I always bring my chevrolet's in for service and only at Martin. They are profesional, timely and responsible. The technicians are always completely up to date on the very latest GM Training. They always wash my vehicle when its done being serviced, and they have a free shuttle that takes me home and picks me up when Im having my vehicle serviced. They do all this without raising prices, and you will not get the run around like at those corporate dealerships like Power. They also have one of the best service advisor's I have ever dealth with, Ben Guetterman. He is the most profesional, honest and sincere advisor I have ever dealth with. more

took very good care of me 4/26/2011

I brought my Saturn Vue in for warranty work, Bill Spenser took very good care of me. The work was finished in one day and they even washed my car which was very nice thing to do. Bill Spenser the service person was very helpful and did a very good job. The shuttle driver was also very helpful and pleasent. Thank you all very much. more
