I have attended several dojo?s. This one is excellent! Why? First, Master Scott Maczuga teaches the students. This does not always happen at other dojo?s. Many times they leave lower belts to do all the teaching. Second, its fun and all about the kids, building friends and family. They have a huge support group including summer camp for kids. Master Scott Maczuga truly cares about people. Finally, every dojo takes on the persona of the owner. Master Maczuga, has one of the biggest hearts you will ever find. He truly cares about the students, not just the Karate, but there grades, building self-esteem, how to deal with peer pressure, being the best person they can be. My daughter has ADD she was really struggling in school. Since taking part in Martial Arts World, she has developed into a great citizen and ?A? student. The teachers are amazed. I liked this place very much in the beggining and even send my children for summer camp. The Sansay is great, when he is in the class everything is changing! He is a good example for all children, saved a lot of the out of street troubles. However, luck of dissipline and too many personal conflicts. Could be the greatest place...
