The Nederlander Organization gave us the "newest" theater by leasing the space in 1986. It is a fine space for large scale musicals (such as LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, THE WOMAN IN WHITE & THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE). Unfortunately, I have been bothered during some productions by both excessive street noise (it is directly on Times Square) and the awful escalator exit system (patrons were nearly squished at a recent performance).
I do like the seats and views in the theater - the design lends itself to good sight lines and comfort. Warning - if you are seated dead center in the orchestra, you have a long walk from the aisle to your seat as the center section is quite long!
