I've given this place several chances to redeem themselves. A particular bartender is lazy, chews ice and then spits it back into the cup, only to take the cup and refill it again in the same hopper that others are served from, and god forbid you interrupt his conversation with a favorite guest to order food! Can't order food if you don't get a menu (unless you get it yourself, which we did), he might have to work! 5 customers and 2 people getting served. This bartender, bald guy, needs to lose his job. He has zero customer service skills (unless you are the favorite dog training patron). Tired of it, tired of this place, go elsewhere! Too bad, I was fond of the Lord Jeffries sandwich, but seeing as I would have had to make it myself due to the lack of any service, I will do just that in the comfort of my own home. Pass it!
