I took in my dress shoes because the heals were worn out. Got the heals replaced and soles (leather) covered to protect them. Got the shoes back polished and the work was excell...

Quality Work 7/6/2008

I took in my dress shoes because the heals were worn out. Got the heals replaced and soles (leather) covered to protect them. Got the shoes back polished and the work was excellent. The shoes looked as good as the day that I got them. more

Hard to find good shoe repair guys like Mark! 5/9/2008

Every time I take something to Mark, it always comes back to me in better shape, better fitting and overall well done. I really cannot complain. He is just an old-fashioned shoe guy who stands by his work. Thank goodness for people like Mark! My feet thank him... more

Avoid this business 4/11/2008

I brought back garment he fixed 2 months earlier and basically told me he is going to charge me again. He doesn't stand in back of his work. He also charges more than other comparable shoe repair stores in the area Cons: over priced, terrible service, bad attitude more

Mark is the best 11/5/2005

I have been to more shoe repairs than I care to recall. When I discovered Mark three or four years ago I had a pair of my favorite shoes in deadly shape. Mark took them and restored them to almost better than new. Since then he has rescued jimmy choo's lost to a puppys evil teeth, restored vintage boots and resoled and re-sowed italian loafers. He is just the best and more than that - a kind and gentle soul who greets my by name every time I stop in or call. No matter where in the world I live, Mark will always care for my shoes! Pros: parking, fair prices, quality beyond compar Cons: nothing more
