BEWARE! I wish I would have checked them out before I had them do my basement floor.
*Did not stick to the quoted price on the contract!
*Left a footprint on the floor where the stain and top coating was taken off. Had to have them come back and fix, which caused stain to soak into the carpeting on the stairs going up.
*All the walls around the floor were left dirty from their clean-up. I had to scrub them clean.
*Top coating blistered. Have tried to get them back to fix but they refuse to do anything about it. Even though they warranty their concrete coating for 3 years for peeling or blistering, they claim that this warranty does not cover underslab vapor. They did not test for vapor before the work was done, even though they knew we had water problems and had drains put in before they did the work. We had no idea that a problem like this could happen. They claim to be the experts and should have advised us before putting in the money into a floor that LOOKS WORSE NOW!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
