The only condo, individually owned, complex completely surrounded by the ocean in CA. Located just minutes from all the SoCal holiday spots, like Disneyland, Knot's Berry Land, Marineland, USS Midway, Seaport Village, Wild Animal Park, SD Zoo, etc. The harbor is just a few feet from the rear exit and all the quaint shops are there with the excellent dinning facilities.
Pros: Beach is your front door step and harbor is in the back.
Cons: Older, but nice facility.
