Marcucci Heating Inc. always seemed to have an appointment pretty quickly for me. When they came out, they knew what they were doing. When some people come out, they don't know what they're doing. Marcucci Heating was professional. They were referred to us by our contractor to fix our water heater at the time. So far, they have replaced our water heater/furnace. That's the hardest thing, since not many companies handle this water heater and furnace, but they do! They've also installed air conditioning for us. They have great customer service. Marcucci Heating Inc. cares that you don't have hot water!! The technician stayed after 5 because he knew that if he left, we would be without hot water. We've just been really impressed. We checked for pricing beforehand, and they were comparable. When the people from Marcucci's came out to give the quotes, we could tell they knew what they were doing. From the start Marcucci Heating was our first choice after meeting with 3 local companies. Ralph was very knowledgeable when helping us decide on the best, most efficient furnace for our home. The install crew that came out were surprisingly polite and respectful of my home. Connie in the office was also great. She was very professional and helpful and went that extra mile! I called Marcucci Heating because I wanted a service contract for my furnace and air conditioner, and I couldn't find another company that would service my units. They came out to look at the four units at my home, and wrote down all the serial numbers. They let me know the condition of each, and explained what they would do during their check-ups. They didn't try to sell me anything, but rather recommended things to me in a reasonable way. The contract is for them to visit at the beginning of each season, and last week they came for my first servicing. There was no evidence that they were even here, that's how clean they were during their visit. They were very respectful about taking off their shoes, and about minding my new puppy. Once they had completed the check-up, they went over everything with me, explaining what they did and what they were looking for. Best of all, with the contract everything is a flat rate, so I didn't have to worry about any unexpected expenses. Marcucci really want your business, which they indicate by being on top of things. A few days after the service visit, Connie called me to do a follow-up, making sure that I was pleased with everything. They are a good company, and I'm impressed by how thorough they are. Just to let you know that the building inspector came yesterday and everything went fine. He only looked at the duct work from the entry door to the attic and then at furnace closet. He did ask who did the work and when I told him it was Marcucchi Heating, all he said was Oh, yes. and signed off the permit Again, I want to thank you. You have been very fair with us. We certainly appreciate that fact having had some not so good experience with contractors in the past. First of all, the reason I selected Marcucci was because they specialize in Lennox products. They were also very helpful in recommending an air cleaner model, PCO 16. It's a very interesting type of cleaning unit. It uses UV lights and a photocatalyst cleaning process. The system was installed in 2008. I did quite a bit of reach online and offline and talked to multiple vendors, including a few 5-stars vendors from Yelp. Nolan was the one who came with excellent service. He was very informative, and could provide us with one of the best models, and had the best price through the Costco referring program. As the entire deal was backed by Costco, there was nothing I needed to worry comparing to other vendors. My place was not a straight-forward deal. It really needs someone like Nolan who is willing to take extra steps and troubleshoot quite a bit of different issues. I would have given 5 stars if only for Nolan and the deal itself. However, I gave 3-4 stars for the technician. I think the one who did ours was a rookie. He was very nice too but did not do his job meticulously. I would not say a bad job but just can't match with the expectation set up by Nolan. Anyway, with Nolan's help, everything was still fine at the end. more

I was referred to Marcucci Heating by a dear friend of mine. I called Marcucci Heating and was put through to a gentleman by the name of Ralph, Ralph was very knowledgable and professional, he answered all my questions and set up a date and time to come to my home to take a look at my furnace. Come to find out he is the owner. Ralph gave me many suggestions and options to choose from, there was no sales pitch, just good suggestions. I liked that! I am 100 happy with my new furnace oh and my new A/C unit as well. Keep up the great job! more
