The wife and I have used this company over 12 years now to clean our house , deck , fence and patio. The cleanings really hold up compared to other company's we had used in the past. There really is a difference between using just water and Marc's chemical treatment that he uses under low pressure. We have never had a problem , and the place always looks so bright and clean. It also has a fresh smell after they have cleaned , the wife really likes this. Also we like that no one has to be home to have the work done. I have used this service company three times now for having my gutters cleaned and house pressure washed. They have reasonable prices, and they really strive to do the job right the first time. We just moved into the neighborhood, and was talking to our neighbor who referred Marc's Pressure Cleaning to us. He said they had cleaned quite a few houses on this street. I called them Monday and was greeted pleasantly with Amber who took my info ,gave me my price ranges and scheduled the job . Later that week Marc's crew came out and did a wonderful job on making everything so clean. Adam and Ryan was the 2 employees , they was polite and i liked seeing them in uniform. I am really surprised how my roof turned from black back to the color the roof should be. They used no high pressure also which i know is important. I CALLED THIS COMPANY OUT TO HAVE MY ROOF CLEANED AFTER LOCATING THEM ONLINE. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE UNIFORMED CREW AND THE INFORMATION THEY GAVE ME ABOUT HAVING OUR ROOF CLEANED. I WAS WORRIED ABOUT PRESSURE BEING USED ON THE ROOF, BUT AFTER WATCHING THEM, I SAW THEY USED A SHOWER ON OF CHEMICAL AND A SHOWER OFF RINSE. MY COLOR IN THE ROOF CAME BACK AND ALL THE BLACK FUNGUS WAS GONE. THEY EVEN GAVE ME A 5 YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST THE RETURN. In 1996 I moved from Pittsburgh and bought a house in Williamsburg. The house was covered in green mildew and the roof had black stains. Marc comes out and cleans our gutters, uses pressure washer to flush downspouts out! We have used other Companys in the past and still had clogged downspouts with there hand clean out! Al some job and they clean my house every other year with NO Complaints! more
