I ordered a 4 cheese macaroni & cheese that was supposedly serve w house-made chorizo and There was no chorizo at all, just the mac and cheese was velveeta mac and cheese covered in real cheeses. Ew. The 9$ bread pudding was tiny. 1 star for the strawberry ice cream I didnt order and because I cant give any less. more

More times than I'd like to remember, something has gone wrong (exhausting wait to get inside, lousy music and service) when frequenting this 'colorado paradise'. That streak finally ended on Saturday night. I learnt from my past experiences and made sure to book with a party planner at birthdaysandbottles com (free and awesome service, check them out!). Our awesome night-to-remember was the exact opposite of my past experiences; we had free entry, barely a minute wait on the line outside and a free bottle of vodka, compliments of our hospitable party planner. I'm still crossing my fingers for my next time at aspen but something tells me I have nothing to worry about! more

I would like to ""thank you"" and also recommend this venue on Saturday Nights @ ASPEN SOCIAL CLUB. Our company booked our ""night out"" with a promoter named ""Kong"" from ""theKONGLISTcom"" greeted us outside & escorted inside and gave us a ""mini-tour"" He gave us his recommendations but let us pick our table and even said he'll move us with a valid reason...I thought -fair enough...so we were seated, served & spent the night partying! It was one of those ""epic-filled"" nights that will go down in ""infamy"" with the company! The Good, the Bad & the Ugly! JP Oh and you can also eat there or book a room in its hotel. A friend told me it was designed by Steve Lewis who also did Marquee + Butter. A nice touch of Aspen, Colorado -bringing that log cabin feel to the bright city lights of New York City! The place felt like a maze filled with really attractive women with the most current and hottest music! That party was really happening, we had a fun time!!!!!! more

Step Out of NYC and into a Colorado Party 2/18/2012

My friend, Dustin booked a 42-person meetup here for free through AccessGotham. They are the greatest I told the bouncer I booked through them I cut a huge line. I was the first one to Aspen and when I found our table, free bottle service was already set up at. I loved the rustic Colorado vibe. more

TERRIBLE service - Spend your money somewhere else 1/19/2012

First and foremost, do not ever step foot in this place for many reasons. To start it is a waste of money for the terrible service you receive. I had a party of 12 and we were treated like garbage the entire night after getting bottle service and spending well over $700. In addition we were robbed over $1,400 in valuables (North face jacket, brand new IPhone, camera, Droid and my friend's entire purse). My sister's folder of credit cards was found in the men's bathroom (very sketchy) after someone ditched it because she had no cash in there. When we went back to review the cameras, the general manager was nothing different than all her employees... a huge BITCH. Everyone that worked there from the server, bus boys to the general manager was extremely NASTY! The bus boy was demanding us to pick up glasses that were there from the previous party and were not ours so he could set new ones down. Regardless if they were our dirty glasses or the parties before - do not ever demand a PAYING customer to clean their dishes or glasses. Spend your money somewhere else with MUCH better service more

Luncheon 5/3/2011

Had to organize a company luncheon for our client from out of town. I chose Aspen Social because our office was down the block and we're always entertaining clients there for drinks. The event organizer was really helpful and our waitresses were great in making sure everything was on point. Definitely impressed our clients...so thank you! more

Never go to Aspen Social Club – if you do you will be treate 3/11/2011

Last night I went there with a couple of friends. Aspen Social club is an average place that offers nothing exceptional - neither in terms of service nor in atmosphere. However its location was convenient for all of us. Unfortunately our whole evening was ruined when we saw our bill. The drunk bartender tried to cheat us. In our bill we saw drinks we never ordered. Of course we told her that we never ordered or had those drinks, but being drunk and wanting to leave for the night she did not want to hear. Therefore, we contacted the manger. He was very rude, told us that his personnel is always right (and not the customers) and intimidated us that if we do not pay he will call the police. Having no other choice we had to pay. THE CONCLUSION - Never go to Aspen Social Club – if you do you will be treated badly and you will be overcharged! more

Birthday Bottle Service at Aspen Social Club 2/5/2011

I had my birthday party at Aspen Social Club and I used the birthday bottle service to book the party. You can check BBS out on their website, birthdaybottleservice. With this, I got a complementary bottle and all my friends got in. The club was a great venue and we all had a really fun time. I would definitely recommend the venue and booking a party through BBS-they were SO easy to work with and it was an incredible deal. more

Don't Believe The All You Can Drink Brunch 1/24/2011

My fiance and I were excited when we found out they had an all you can drink Saturday and Sunday Brunch which is supposed to be from 11am-3pm according to their website. We traveled from Queens on a Saturday, arrived at Aspen at 2:35pm and were told that brunch was over. When we said that the website said brunch is until 3pm they acted like it was no big deal and they didn't seem to care at all. They said the cook already switched over to lunch and dinner and there was nothing they could do. We left very angry but fortunately there's a happy ending. We walked several blocks to Whym, which we've heard has an amazing brunch, and we were totally blown away. Thank you Aspen for turning us away so that we could discover one of the best brunches in NYC, Whym! more

Best place for a birthday party! 1/3/2011

I threw a party here 2 weeks ago for my boyfriends 24th birthday. I loved the layout and interior design of this place. Drinks were a bit pricey but strong! The event planner we used sorted us out perfectly. We walked right in without waiting on line and got a free bottle - we owe the night to Logan at JSNProductions. com - Thanks again! more

Best Saturday Party in NCY! 12/10/2010

Hands down Aspen Social is by far the best Saturday night party in NYC. The music is terrific and everyone is young and just looking to have fun. This past Saturday I went out with a large group of friends and we had AccessGotham plan the night for us. We were a large group of 20, and we walked right inside. Normally will have to wait 10 minutes because the line gets long. But this time we went under the reservations line, which was great because it was freezing outside! Once inside we got a few free drinks tickets, and everyone was so friendly. Can't wait to go back. more

Perfect for an event or party 6/16/2009

I recently attended an event here after work. The place was very unique. They had 2 bars and the walls looked like they had an infinity forest, there was also a huge chandelier in the back that was very cool. The food was small plates and the sliders were great. The cocktail menu looked very good but i tend to stick to wine. Overall our event went really well. The DJ they supplied played great music too. Pros: great food and drinks Cons: none more
