Whatever they say they are going to charge is what they charge, so their estimates are always right on the money. I don't have any complaints about them at all. They always take care of us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. They are nice guys to deal with. more

I've been dealing with Manual Transmission for about 25 years (since his dad owned the business). They have always stood behind their product and been fair on pricing. The work is always done on time. They have even done some extra stuff for me when I found myself in a bind with a customer or time frame. I have driven the two hours down there, dropped off a transmission, and had it done by them in just a couple hours. Even though it takes a while to drive down there, I continue to deal with them. They do great work and have excellent customer service. more

Manual Transmission does an excellent job on their rebuilds. They're good about calling you back and your vehicle is usually done when they say it's going to be ready. They stand behind their work 100%. I've been with Manual Transmission for close to 30 years. It's about the quality of their work. I have a business and that's what I try to stay up with: quality. Try them first before going to any other transmission shop. more

I have been dealing with Manual Transmission for 7 years now. I have never had a bad experience. I've gotten 50 or so transmissions through them. There have been very few problems and when they did arise, it was taken care of right away. They're a great company to do business with. If they weren't, I wouldn't work with them. more

I've worked with Manual Transmission for 20 years. They've always done their best for me and for customers that we send there. I've never heard a complaint about them. If we're doing a replacement, we send the transmission to them. They stand behind their warranties, and they always address everything that's wrong. more

Top-notch service 12/17/2012

I've been dealing with Manual Transmission for twenty-three years, since 1990, and I've had zero comebacks. I have had no problems with the units whatsoever. Larry runs a tight ship. He is always communicative and the couple of times that the units were expected to be late, he communicated to me the reasons for the delay, for me to relay to my customers. Easy going and understanding. 9/20/2012

I've been working with them for 15-20 years. The one thing that impresses me is that if there is a problem with any work they've done they always put me at the head of the list. With their warranty they always take care of us. I continue to go back because of their great workmanship. more
