If you go, don't expect great service, or gourmet meals. DO expect the best fried chicken around, slow-cooked (yes, that means your green beans will be soft, not crisp) vegetables, southern desserts, and sweet iced tea. Wear your shorts and flip-flops, sit on the porch, and RELAX. Type A's should stay away. It's gonna take a while, but if you know what to order, you'll have a great southern meal in a very casual setting. And be sure you go to breakfast for the wonderful biscuits, chicken and gravy, and salmon cakes. By the way, if you don't have the backbone to sign your review, you shouldn't be submitting it, and, while we're on the subject, CITYSEARCH SHOULD STOP POSTING ANONYMOUS REVIEWS!!!!!
