My 3.5 year old LOVES Cinderella. She was Cinderella for Halloween this year. So I took her to see the Maltz Jupiter Theatre's production of Cinderella on October 21st.
First, I didn't even hear of this until just few days before the show, so by the time I called, there was nothing left but the WAYBACK seats. I was a little worried since this was my daughter's first musical and I'd hate for her to get fidgety because she couldn't see. Well, even out wayback seats were okay. The theatre is a good size, but not too big--- great for an audience of kids!
They followed the Brothers Grimm story-- not the Disney, which probably would have gone over even better with my daughter. Still, they had a some audience interaction and the actors were very animated (the one who played the King, in particular). I think it ran about 1 hour, which went by real quickly.
The only issue I have with the theatre is that even lap-sitters have to pay full price. Unfortunate if you have anyone under 1 yr old since they're really not going to "Get" what's going on.
