I agree with the other two reviews obviously about CeCe cutting hair.... I usually go to Regis but I figured I'd check it out and save a couple of bucks. Plus she's really close to my house. I'm a guy with moderately long hair (well I was) with a nice style. That is until I let her cut my hair. I very specifically told her how to do it and she just went to town on my head!!! She put my hair in front of my eyes so I couldn't see most of the time what she was doing... while she was doing all of this, she was talking to her friend, who's hair she was also doing, in spanish the whole time... so she didn't exactly give me all of her attention at all. Now I look like I have mini mullet or something... it's ridiculous. She took off waaaaay more than I asked her to. She should stick to cutting her own family's hair or something. I'm all about small business but you have to be good at what you do..... DO NOT GO TO THIS LADY more

I only go to Cece to wax my lip, eyebrows, and underarms. Cece is very nice everytime I go into her salon. I use to always try different places to just get my eyebrows done, but someone always messed up and hurt me. Cece has the sensitive wax for her customers. She cares about her customers not getting hurt all the time. I hardly feel anything when she waxes me. One time, she had a different sensitive wax to try and I noticed it kind of stung me. I told her I liked the other wax better and she said she was glad I told her and she would get the other wax she had used before because that is what I liked and preffered. I would reccomend to go to CeCe for waxing! Pros: Friendly, Cares about customers more

This is the worst salon I've been to, honestly. The main problem of the owner of the salon CeCe is that she just doesn't listen. My hair used to be pretty long almost to my waist and I went in there to get my hair shortened to about half of my back. Instead, she cut my hair all the way to about my shoulders. She just kept cutting away. I dont know how she could mess up such a simple request. I find it impossible, but she did it any how. I also had asked for alot of layers starting from my shoulders but all she did was give me two layers that were hardly noticable. \r She also does the cutting very quickly and doesnt take time to actually make sure it's done correctly. Many times my friend had to go back to her to get her hair fixed after she cut it. Like I said, it doesnt matter how detailed you tell Cece to do your hair, she just doesn't listen. \r \r There used to be another girl with her and she was excellent. She'd actually listen to what you wanted and asked question to make sure, very unlike cece. But that girl doesnt work there anymore.\r \r Moral of the story, if you have to go to that salon, don't let Cece cut your hair. Run if you have to. more

I don't know why I put myself through this torture. I think I was just trying to be nice because CeCe seems like a nice person and all. But SOMEBODY PLEASE TAKE THE SCISSORS AWAY from her!!!! This woman gave me a freakin MULLET. She loves to cut and once it's gone, it is gone! I went in several times because she was just convenient to my home and could get me in. While I was there, I watched her cut other peoples hair way too short too and she liked telling me how I needed mine cut so I could see a pattern growing here. When someone with long hair came in and just wanted layers or a trim, she would tell them how they needed to have it... short! I don't know what she has against long hair! I was literally in tears after she cut my hair. I have seen her hard sell people into getting more than what they came for. I guess that's how she makes money and all but I think she is really taking advantage of people who are just trying to be nice. She will give a man a haircut, then the next thing you know, Mr. Macho man is getting a pedicure when you know he didn't want one. I have had my husband get haircuts from her and it came out good, but not women's hair! Maybe she should just stick to being a barber for men. Please please, if you have long locks, RUN AWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN! NOBODY DESERVES A MULLET! Pros: ok at barber and buzz cuts for men I guess Cons: she will CUT EVERYTHING the way SHE wants, not what you ASK FOR! more
