My last visit was my last visit. I was checking out with a large amount of items- aproximately $175.00 and I asked the employee that was waiting on me if the baby shampoo was animal-cruelty-free. She proceeded to lecture me that if it is for babies, it doesnt matter if it is cruelty-free; it only matters if you are trying to get rid of your wrinkles. I only wanted to use it as an eye-wash so I wasnt using it on a baby anyway, and did not want to debate the issue, so I politely agreed that babies are more important. Then she spent the whole time she was bagging my items talking to someone else, shoved my bag at me when she finished, and turned and walked away when I asked her if my meat was in the bag. I got home and didnt have my meat. I had to go back, a big inconvenience. I get back at the store and stand in line for a long time and when it is my turn the same woman looks at me and tries to wait on someone from the other line. That customer told her it was my turn.
