Mainstreet Furniture in Jacksonville, AR is a very tricky furniture store they will sound like they are giving you the best deal when in all actuality they are not. We purchased a 5 piece sectional recliner called the (Big Bubba) for over $2k, the sales rep told us that we would get warranty which was suppose to be included in the price but we realized it was not the next day. To add to this when they delivered our sectional one of the single recliners was broken, they did not even inspect it before they delivered it to us you would think they would inspect it before hand but that is just not company policy. We called the store to let them no and nobody could help me but the manager Nick who would not be back in the shop for 6 days. So we had to hold onto the broken furniture for a week before they came to pick it up to take it to their Upholster person. Nick the manager promised us that we will have it back by the weekend and we didn?t get any phone calls telling us the status of our furniture, so we called on Thursday and they told us we would not get it back until next week. Why couldn?t they call us I guess that is not company policy or good customer service to let us know the status of our furniture? Then we called Nick to ask him why it is taking so long and with a rude tone and attitude we were told to call the Upholstery shop ourselves. They even told us you won?t know if you are buying refurbished furniture or not so you will think you are buying brand new furniture but it can be refurbished sold at the same price as a new one. What kinds of business are they running? They jack up there prices and have a real good sells pitch. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
