The owner did not return our repeated calls when we started having problems with the flooring they installed. We had to contact Carpet One headquarters to contact the owner and tell him to respond to our calls. We spent a lot of money on a floor that was supposed to have a 25 year warranty and our experience with service after-the-sale at this place is awful. If you have problems with your installation or the flooring, good luck getting the owner to respond to your calls and address the issue in a timely manner. It is going on 7 months and our flooring issue still has not been resolved.
