Don't use unless you have time to utilize their 24 hours re-do guarantee. Clean was horrible...didn't even touch areas they said they did. Manager I spoke with could care less. more

I love MaidPro! And I love Amy! I have never had anyone be as genuinely concerned with my satisfaction as Amy is. She coaxed my concerns out of me so that she could make some adjustments to meet all my needs. I now have the best cleaning professional who cares just as deeply for my satisfaction. First Cleaning Experience a Positive One 10/22/2011

I could not be happier with my cleaning experience. I'm also thrilled with the cleaning representative coming into my home. She's thorough, pleasant, and I always find something extra she's done. It's nice to know too that if I should be displeased, I can call the company and get immediate results. Thanks Maidpro for making my life easier. more

Best Cleaning Service in Charlotte 9/5/2011

I have lived here for about six years and tried many cleaning services only to be told what they mostly wouldn't do. These girls do everything the way I want it and I have been using them for two years now. I will never leave and they always have the same high quality standards day in and day out more

Amazing Cleaning Service! 6/22/2011

I love Maidpro of Indian Trail. I have had other cleaning services but none can compare to the professional attitude and level of detail than Maidpro. If they miss something they do not hesitate to come and correct it. They are very concerend about customer satisfaction and very pleasant to do business with. Amy is always great to talk to and will work with you to meet all of your needs within your budget! more
