I called them up two weeks in advance to schedule a first cleaning and they never showed up. When I called them to find out if they were running late, I only got a voice mail. They never called me back. I've never had such an unresponsive service. more

Great Cleaning Service 4/22/2011

Maid to Mop has been cleaning for me for years, and they've done a great job. The cleaning crew arrives promptly and has always been very friendly and professional. Scheduling has never been a problem, either---there have been a few times they've helped me out in a pinch. I recommend Maid to Mop to everyone I know looking for a cleaning service here in Columbus. more
