Storage In a Clean Well-maintained Area. 12/10/2018

This was my first time using Magic Valley Storage. We used the storage for a move. My daughter had used them previously and recommended them. The storage area is very clean and well-maintained. The roads are paved and there is excellent access to the facility. The access hours are convenient and Magic Valley Storage has very good security. I had absolutely no issues. Responsive and Helpful! 10/3/2018

I was very satisfied with Magic Valley Storage. Every time that I called with a question, there was always someone on the spot who was responsive and helpful. They worked with us when we had to close out early and they were very accommodating. The space itself was well maintained and very clean. The staff members are cooperative and friendly. Great Location And Very Good Service. 9/7/2018

Magic Valley Storage is a great storage company, they have very nice employees and we have never had any issues with them in the past. They have a variety of sizes and prices to pretty much fit anything that you need. When it comes to moving into the unit, they pretty much have everything you need and the prices are very reasonable as well. Their security is great and the location is very well kept. Clean and Safe Spot To Keep Your Things. 8/9/2018

Magic Valley Storage is a great company and they have a very nice storage facility that I have been taking advantage of for a couple months now. They have a great team that is usually available to answer any inquiries you may have and handle everything very well. They have a variety of storage options that can fit pretty much anything that you need and they also have a guide on their website that makes it easier to find out what you need. Fantastic To Me! 7/17/2018

MAGIC VALLEY STORAGE did exactly what they said they were going to do. They are very truthful and upfront in everything. I was looking to upgrade to a bigger storage unit and these folks knew just what to do. They had a unit available to me and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. I have been in the storage industry and so I knew what to look for in accommodations. These folks did a great job and I am very impressed with the way they presented my options to me. Never A Single Problem! 5/17/2018

We have been keeping a few of our items in a storage unit at Magic Valley Storage for quite a while now and we have been very pleased with our unit. This place is very convenient, you can pretty much access your unit 7 days a week and pay your monthly bill online. Their rates are very reasonable and they have plenty of differently sized units so you can find exactly what you need or what fits into your budget. They have a very secure location and I've never heard about any break-ins at the facility. Great Place. 4/18/2018

We've had a storage unit at Magic Valley Storage for almost a year now and have had really no complaints regarding the unit or the service we have received from the wonderful staff there. We went with them because they have a convenient location close to us and they had plenty of different options regarding sizing and pricing. The unit we decided on was exactly what we were looking for, the unit was very clean, well kept, and secure, we really had nothing to worry about. They allow online payment as well which is very nice. Their office is also very easy to contact if you have any issues or concerns. I would recommend their services. Overall, very good. Excellent experience. Good service. 3/12/2018

My wife and I have used MAGIC VALLEY STORAGE for about 4 years. We also used to manage my dad's unit, but we recently closed his account and put his stuff with ours. They have all sizes of units at fair prices, and are good at reminding us when rent is due. What I like about MAGIC VALLEY STORAGE is that while their prices are the same as the competition, we've had a better experience here. In fact, one competitor is closer to where we live, but we still choose to use MAGIC VALLEY STORAGE. They are clean and secure, but also very accessible. They are always open during the hours we need them, and even on Sundays. I would recommend MAGIC VALLEY STORAGE to anybody! Great Customer Service. 2/1/2018

I've had a unit at Magic Valley Storage for quite a while now and have not had any complaints whatsoever regarding their services. They have clean, well-maintained units and a very helpful staff if you have any questions or concerns. They have good security and I always feel like my stuff is safe. Their driveways are honestly huge, making it easy to access even if there are a lot of people there. They accept online payment which is nice as well. I would definitely recommend this spot. Always Felt My Stuff Was Safe 11/7/2017

Our storage unit with Magic Valley Storage was really clean when we moved in. Every time we went in there was awesome. When we moved out it was easy, no problem. It was just a good experience all around. I called around to compare prices and thought their pricing was fair for what we got. We had a pretty big unit. Safe Place to Keep Your Things 8/22/2017

We chose to switch over from a different facility to Magic Valley and it has been a great experience all around. Their location is very clean, well organized, and secure, I never have to worry about my stuff getting messed with. They also have great customer service, if I have any questions they are able to answer them quickly and accurately over the phone. They have many options regarding the sizes of units as well to suit any need. I will continue to use them going forward and would highly recommend them to anyone. more

Great service, excellent space. 7/5/2017

We no longer need the storage unit that we previously purchased from Magic Valley Storage but as they we were using them they were great! Magic Valley storage is in a great location and all the units are very clean. The customer service is great, they answered all the questions I had. They offer a variety of sizes to suit any needs and they work with you to figure out exactly what you would need. Extremely satisfied with this place and we will be going back to them if needed. Excellent Service 6/5/2017

Magic Valley Storage offers great customer service. The prices are affordable and competitive. The staff was very nice and they were helpful in letting me know about the availability of their storage rooms. The rooms themselves were neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend them to future customers. We've been using them since June of last year to April. In the 9 months that we've been using them, we've had a great overall experience with the staff. Wonderful Service! 5/26/2017

We used the services of Magic Valley Storage for about a year and a half and they were great. Initially we had two big storage sheds. Then later we moved and unloaded one, and then we needed a smaller one. We got exactly what we needed the very next day without any hassle. Their staff just make everything very easy. Consistently Good Service 4/27/2017

Magic Valley Storage just provides very good service consistently. I used their space for about four years and had a good experience throughout. Anytime I had a question about anything, Nancy was right there to respond. The place itself was safe and secure, and I had no problems ever. The employees down at Magic Valley Storage are very friendly and easy to work with. I used their storage for around seven to nine years and they had consistently provided me with great customer service. I appreciated that they were very willing to work with me when times were financially hard, and that we were always able to come to an agreement. I would recommend them to others! A Very, Very Pleasant Experience 2/6/2017

I used Magic Valley from 2008-2016. Over the years everyone who works in the office, not only Nancy, but everyone has been so helpful. At one point we missed a couple bills. The team sent out reminders and called us, and they were so polite! After everything got settled they set us up for email and text notifications. We never missed another bill, thanks to them. I loved the secure facility. While the area is busy, I do feel safe. The gates lock at a certain time and the facilities are clean and welcoming. I would recommend Magic Valley Storage because they bill me correctly every time and on time. I think they maintain a very nice location and they are also conveniently located. The people at Magic Valley Storage are all very friendly. When I need to change unit size, they're very amiable about it. They're easy to work with, they treat you nice, and I recommend them to anybody. I like that they gave me free boxes to use when I was moving my stuff. 5 star experience! 10/5/2016

This is the first time I have needed a storage unit and I went with MAGIC VALLEY STORAGE. I was with them for about 13 months and the whole time was just fine. They were always available and I never experienced any problems or difficulties at all. I definitely recommend them!!
