Madera Animal Hospital

I took my cat to Madera Animal Hospital. The staff is very friendly and they help in all the possible ways. Dr.Khehra is highly educated and experienced and he knows his stuff very well. Since my first visit i have been going there for all my pets and i highly recommend Madera Animal Hospital to all the people who really care about their pets.\r more

I've met staff at other vets who come off as being annoyed by animals; the staff at MVC clearly love animals and their jobs. A wonderful place to go when your baby needs help. I would not trust my puppy in the hands of anyone else. Lifetime client.\r more

They accepted a coupon i had for a first time visit. My cat swallowed a foxtail they gave her antibiotics and she has since stopped gagging which is awsome!! It must have passed... :) i will be returning when i can pay for her shots soon.\r more

I had my dog and he was hurt, I took him to Madera Animal Hospital to get help. When I got there the front staff was wonderful. they were concerned and got me in quickly. The all the techs were very polite, friendly, informational and concerned with my baby and were very understanding. The doctor came in and looked over my pet and he was gentle with him. He explained what he would like to be done. He sent his tech back in with the estimate and she explained in detail what each thing. I needed sometime to talk it over with my husband, so she gave us a few minutes. While I was in the room I heard screaming and yelling from the back by one of the doctors for at least 5 minutes. The tech came back and was still very polite and professional which I really like they made me feel at home and like my pet would be taking care of, but I decided to go somewhere else because if the doctors treated their staff by what I heard being said and the manner it was said, I didn't want my baby there. That was totally unprofessional, I feel sorry for the staff there. I will tell everyone want happen and tell them not to go there. I will never take my pet back there to be treated by those Doctors. Conner was limping around and I took him to Madera to get checked out. He had cut his paw and it got infected. They cleaned it out and stitched him up. They were very gentle and now he is running around like normal! Thank you!!! more

My daughter called me at work and said something was wrong with our dog. I rushed home and picked up Onyx and went to Madera. She was not responding to us and was limp. I brought her in and they brought her back. They assessed her and it turns out she has Epilepsy. We had no idea! They prescribed Onyx medication and we went home. She has not had any complications since then and that was 8 months ago! Thank you Madera for opening our eyes! more
