I won't go into the actual store at all as I no longer shop there. The real problem lies behind the scenes. When my wife and I ran up the credit card, we knew we were in trouble, but nothing prepared us for the insanity that has since followed. We have since been actually harrassed and continuously hounded by the credit department, both at work and at home. It had even come down to name calling on their part. Shame on us for allowing our bill to become past due, but shame on them for contridicting all that their public relations department would have you believe. Making money is all they care about. Poor form Meier & Frank. I warn you, do not miss your payments, even if you have to sell your organs to make them.
