Exceptional 4/2/2012

For the past few years, Greg has been an exceptional property manager for my duplexes. When I first acquired them, they were occupied by some difficult tenants. Greg helped to improve the buildings and get reliable and decent new tenants to move in. He has been excellent with the upkeep and created a quality place to rent. Because of Greg's exceptional management skills, I now have the security of low turnover and I am making more money on my rentals. more

Long relationship 1/5/2012

Since around 1986 we have been with MacPherson's management company. In that that time we have developed a trust and relationship with those who were managers especially Greg Mattioni. With his excellent knowledge he gives us timely and accurate advice regarding our houses. He seems to recommend good renters for our houses and displays good communication with them. We enjoy working with him. more
