We purchased a Macfarlane home two years ago. It is a large home at over 5000 plus square feet. The home is high quality and the design and features are excellent. The builder paid attention to detail. the home had a one year guarantee on everything. We encountered a few problems as any new home does. Even at the two year mark, the builder, one year after the guarantee, made the problems go away. It is a comfortable feeling that when making a large investment, that this builder stands behind their workmanship. Two thumbs up.
