Each visit to this establishment has proven to be a bad decision and made me wonder why I did not return to Woody's right down the road. The bar is continually understaffed and those who are behind the bar do not exhibit any sense of urgency or skill. Upon arriving and taking a bar stool, every time I am forced to ask a bartender, in his oblivion, for my first round. Each subsequent round also requires a special request, as the bar tenders walk by your empty glass time and time again. Not once have I been offered my next round without having to ask for it, given a food menu, beer menu, or told the nightly beer specials. Do they understand that they are behind the bar and in a position where they could be making a lot of tips?!\r
My most recent visit was absolutely horrible due to the lack of service and the rude comments made by a rookie, yet cocky bartender who was off duty. My friend became vocal while attempting to get service and change to pay our bill. The off duty bartender, who gave us crappy service all night, was standing right next to us watching our frustration. Rather than duck under the bar and serve us, he decided to tell us off. He decided to share his ""extensive experience"", telling us that her behavior would not get us service. Not only did he contribute to our poor experience, but he had the nerve to tell us off. We had to go search for the mindless manager to get a drink taken off our bill, that we never received, and to finally get change.\r
If you decide to visit this bar, get a table and have on of the servers take care of you. They are much more attentive and friendly than the horrible bar staff Mac Gregor's employs.
Pros: large beer selection, nice waitresses
Cons: poor service at the bar
