Words cannot adequately express what a wonderful experience I have had with Dr. Maale and her staff!\r \r From my first consultation to my final post-op appointment, everything from the staff to Dr. Maale's attention and expertise was exceptional!\r \r I went to Dr. Maale for upper/lower eyelid surgery and could not be happier with the results! In fact, I feel like the results are better than I expected! My apprehensions regarding the surgery itself were quickly put to rest not only by Dr. Maale, but also by the anesthesiologist and the hospital staff. The hospital staff even commented (unsolicited I might add) that I chose one of the best doctors for this type of surgery.\r \r Recovery for me was quick with some expected swelling and bruising. Dr. Maale just recently completed her excellent ""artistry"" on my upper and lower lids. This procedure returned light to my vision and put a sparkle in my eyes. I am thrilled with the results of her attention to detail and follow-up care. Her staff provided personal warmth and obvious concern for my best results through the entire process. Dr. Maale recently performed upper and lower eyelid surgery on me. The heavy upper eylids and under-eye bags are gone! It is so natural that my friends can't put a finger on what is different about my looks. They keep telling me that I ""look great - have I lost weight?"" My husband finally decided to try DR. Maale afterseveral attempts to get his eye problem corrected. We were very slow in making this decision for like he said no one else had ever helped him. We had our first experience with Dr. Maale Oct. 2008,when she first performed her first miracle on Jim. He was so pleased ,he went back in Jan. for the 2nd eye.The 2nd. surgery as well as the first was done at Plano Surgery Center.The staff was unbelievable,on time,friendly one felt like family was all around you. Jim said he could write a book on the difference Dr. Maale has made wirh his eye problem. My eye lids were drooping causing vision problems,Dr. Maale performed surgery upper and lower lids. I had taken my friend to see Dr. Malle for surgery on her upper eyelids in February 2009 On the first visit the waiting/reception area was full, (good sign, good doctor) however the full waiting room did not in any way detain the staff in calling us on time for her appointment. We were greeted with a very friendly staff from begining to end. All of the Doctors staff were very informative, friendly and most professional. Dr. Maaley was very warm, took great care to take her time to dispel any fears that my friend the patient may have had. Explaining in detail every aspect of the surgery. On the day of the surgery once again all of the staff provided unbelievable service and to make sure every detail of the day was conveyed in lay terms and put my friend completely at ease. My friend could not believe that the whole procedure was completely painless and her only complaint throughout this whole experience was that she had to sleep on her back in order to help the healing process. Dr. Maaley did a wonderful, natural looking job on her eyelids. I know that if I ever have to go through such a procedure she would DEFINATELY be my number 1 choice. I am writing this behalf of my friend as she does not have computor access and she asked me to add that she would highly recommendr Dr. Maale and her staff and has recommended her several times since her procedure. more

I had my upper and lower eyelids done in July 2008 by Dr. Maale. She and her staff are outstanding in care, compassion and professionalism. My eyes look so good that 10 years have melted away from my looks. She is meticulous and skilled in this very delicate procedure......a true artist in her profession. I never minded having to wait to see her because her staff were so friendly and concerned. I have recommended her to many people and will continue to do so. She is worth more than 5 stars! Dr. Maale did an upper and lower bleph for me several years ago..........and I have also seen her to remove lesions from my eyelids since then. She and her staff have always been outstanding and a rare find. My eyelids are still looking great and I would recommend Dr. Maale to anyone having cosmetic surgery or growths, etc. removed from their lids. I have referred many of my friends to this office and we have all enjoyed the experience and the results. Pros: great office, great doctor more

Dr. Kim Maale did my lower eyelids in October of 2008. She did an outstanding job. She is excellent, kind and very caring. Her office staff is also the same. My eyes look fabulous. Her skill and expertise show wonderfully in her work. I am very happy with results. I would highly recommed Dr. Kim Maale to anyone needing their eyes done. She is the best around. Her office staff takes time with you and helps you with anything you need. I was well prepared for surgery and the recovery time becasue of Dr. Maale and her staff. The first post-op visit was after well over an hour wait, then over 30 minutes trapped in a waiting room and ended in an impromptu in-office surgical procedure that had me in pain and drenched in sweat and wanting to lose my stomach. No wonder it took me 8 months to go back to have the angry still irritated eye lid looked at. But after waiting over 30 minutes to be told it would probably be another 10 to 15 minutes (translation: 20 to 40 minutes) and that ""she is always running late,"" I decided to not spend another dime at this doc's office. There is a complete disregard for an individual's time. Most doctor's certainly wouldn't accept this from a patient and I don't think a patient should accept it from a doctor. Also, she had been pretty late for my surgery saying she had to go eat so she wouldn't shake during the surgery. Not sure why meals and surgeries can't be scheduled around each other so as not to totally inconvenience the patient. I'm done. Won't go back and wouldn't recommend this doctor's office - it's a 3 strikes deal here. Pros: She's a nice lady Cons: Everything else more
