Had my AC serviced today by MRS. The technician,Mark,came out & serviced it. Mark is always professional,courteous, and friendly! I couldn't ask for better people than MRS! Highly...

Excellent as usual! 2/2/2017

Jeff did a great job servicing our furnace as usual. He advised it was time to change the filters and went the extra mile to make ordering those filters a snap! The MRS team shows up on time and has even helped us out in emergencies. We are glad to have them nearby. more

Mark was friendly, very helpful and informative! He is extremely knowledgeable of heating and cooling units and repair! We truly appreciate the service and information that Mark provided! Mark R has been one of the techs that has come to my home on more than one occasion. He is very pleasant, professional and seems very thorough in his work. He also doesn't mind fielding questions and takes the time to explain the work he is doing and why it's needed. On a side note I'd like to also commend Jeff Nation as a fine tech that has also been out to do service for me on numerous occasions and does a really great job! I mention that because I don't believe these reviews were being done the last time he did work at my home. more

Great experience! 8/31/2016

Mark came to the house to inspect some issues we were having after our garage flooded. He was extremely professional, but very nice as well! He made us feel like family! He took care of everything we needed with a smile, and a genuinely great attitude. I wish more people acted this way! Thank you for your wonderful work, Mark! more
