Horrible! RUINED MY WEDDING DAY!!!! First the driver was 1/2 hour late to pick us ( the girls part of the bridal party) up at my parents home, so that made us late to my wedding ceremony. After the ceremony we were to go take some pictures on the way to the reception, and we got a flat tire. We had 25 people, including a pregnant bridesmaid and kids in the limo. The driver limo had no spare tire!!!! He called another limo to help that took 2 hours to get there! Stuck on the side of the highway for 2 hours, it was hot and the driver had the nerve to ask if he could have some of our alcohol!!!! Then the spare limo comes, do you think they would let the people get into that limo...no! They give us a spare, and tell us we need to change the tire!!!!! One of my groomsmen had to change the tire in his tux!!!!!! Then we finally get to the reception, 3 hours late, no pictures, no cocktail hour, dinner had to be postponed an hour and the driver has the nerve to ask us for the check!!! I had my brother and his fil who is an attorney go out and tell him to get lost! They would not do anything for us! The owner tried to tell my husband we owed them, he said, yeah we should sue you. I paid $5,000 for pictures we missed, and missed out on so much of the day and I should have sued them, but just wanted to move on. Will never get back our wedding day and they trully made it memorable but not in a good way! more

Terrible service. Myself and 4 other couples with 2 small children reserved a van to pick us up well before our take-off time early in the morning, and we were told twice that the van would be coming late. First we waited 20 minutes then after another 30 and we called again and were told the van would still be late, we were forced to take our own cars to the airport and had to pay triple the price to park privately. We just barely made it to the gate with about 3 minutes before they closed the doors. If you want a lot of stress and to lose a lot of money and time, go with this company. Otherwise, stay away and use a different company! The company has refused to pay the difference for the price of parking and how much we would have paid for the van, which I believe is very rude for their inability to provide good service. I will never return to this company and recommend this for anyone else! more

Be aware of this company. If you like to miss your flight, this is exactly the company to go with. We made the reservation to get to Midway Airport from North suburbs for early morning. 12 people came to my place on time. But the reserved van never showed up. The dispatcher never told us that M & M Limousine Services will not be able to complete the order and asked to wait. We have been waiting for 40 mins and drove to Midway by our 3 personal cars driving 70 miles per hour to make the flight. We barely made it and the gate was closed 5 minutes after we were seated. We paid twice more for 3 car parking. M & M Limousine Services does not feel any responsibility. Their driver got to accident on the way to pick us up and M & M Limousine Services did not do any backup. They call this as an act of god. What if 12 people missed the flight? My recommendation: never ever go with this company more

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The change our pick up location to 5 blocks from our venue and then say we can't cancel due to a cancellation policy they did not even share with us when we made the reservation. NEVER AGAIN. more

Don't Use Them!!!!! 3/16/2012

Whatever you do stay away from this limo company. I read the mostly positive reviews on yelp and thought it would be a safe company to use for transportation to and from a concert with some friends. My issue with the company is 2 fold. 1st our return driver was extremely rude and inconsiderate to our group. When contacting him after the show I asked him where would be the easiest place for him to pick us up at and he informed us to wait for him behind the Target next to Allstate Arena. We waited for about 10-15 minutes and when I contacted him again to check on the eta because he had not arrived yet he basically said that we were idiots and were probably standing in front of the Target and that he was waiting for us behind it (we were actually standing behind the Target in a dark alley next to a bunch of dumpsters....so yes we were exactly where he told us to be and also who the hell asks their customers to wait to be picked up in a dark alley???). With that said I explained we were behind the building and if he drove through the alley he would probably see us which is exactly what happened. On entering the car he then made a few snide remarks to us because the police gave him a hard time about driving the limo through the alley....I apologized to him but I wanted to say ""that's where you told us to meet you, if the police are giving you a hard time that is your own fault"". For the rest of the ride we put the privacy window up because apparently he was having a bad day. My second and main issue involves the additional charges we received days later. Upon reviewing the invoice that was emailed to me 3 days later I noticed there was an additional $50 charge for our trip to Allstate Arena. At this point i called M&M to figure out what this charge was related to. After multiple calls over several days I finally received an email back saying the charges were because when we got to Allstate we asked if we could stay in the limo for 15-20 more minutes to finish our drinks. I explained to the manager at M&M that we asked the driver if we could stay in the limo for longer and that he called dispatch and they approved and that at no point in time did he explain to us that there were going to be additional charges. I said it was absurd to charge people for services after the fact without telling them about the charge in the first place. The response I got was basically ""too bad, our driver said he told you about it so it isn't our problem"". Really?!? Of course the driver is going to say he told us, if he didn't he could probably be fired or written up for not doing his job and costing the company money. Needless to say I will never use M&M again and I hope everyone on Yelp follows my lead. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! more

We just wanted to thank you for the relaxing trips to and from the airport. Your limousine drivers were prompt and courteous. It sure beat driving there with our car. We got there in plenty of time for our flight, and the limo was waiting outside for us when we returned. Thank you for a great ride. more

Wow,what a fabulous service we received!!! You all deserve 10 stars!!! The car arrived on time very clean with water ready for us. Our driver was beyond patient with helping my mom, who is 87, in and out of the car on both journeys. I would definitely use M&M again more

I'm more likely to use your service, even with the broken down vehicle, because of the great service we received from Tony. more

Great Personnel 12/20/2011

We have utilized your company on many occasions, but especially to transport our daughter to and from the airport. The drivers are always on time, we are even given an appropriate time frame to get to the airport. We always feel comfortable with the personnel, the cars are always well maintained, and you have always been able to accommodate us at the last minute. more

My experiences with this company have been nothing but positive outcomes. Every time I have used them, they were on time, professional, and had a clean, yet comfortable ride. I've never had any problems with the driver, he has always been polite and kind. I will use them again in the future! more

My experience with M&M has been nothing but positive and extremely professional. I would definitely give you a 5! On a personal not, if you have people who purchase in advance it would make more sense to offer discounts, not the last minute customers. Other than that, I would most certainly use your limo service over any others that we have used again. more
