This place is literally hidden. It is found by walking into a parking drive way, in through a doorway found on the end, and finally into a basement. It's nothing fancy, but it is cheap ($6 per hour). It tends to be crowded on Fridays when the highschoolers are out of school and are looking for a place to chill. The pool sticks and chairs are rather old and not so well kept, and some of the tables are quite old while some are relatively new (probably replaced when the old ones could no longer be used). It is not a very big pool hall, so the tables are place pretty close together. It also comes with a few arcade machines, a small snack counter, and a ping pong table. The owner is a cool guy, and very friendly with his usual customers. If six bucks an hour isn't cheap enough, they also charge by rounding to the nearest half hour instead of the nearest hour--so you don't pay for 2 whole hours if you only played for a little over an hour. Parking here is great with the giant parking lot located right on top of the basement. Entering the parking lot to get to your car however is a bit dangerous since you go in the same way cars come out (through a spiraling deck).
