Fool me once, shame on you - Fool me twice, shame on me. I've been to this salon twice and will never return. The staff are not very friendly. Perhaps it's shyness or the language barrier, but when dealing with a variety of customers with varied needs & requests, one should make an attempt to understand what the customer truly desires. The stylist was tardy and didn't apologize for it, but had she done a decent job on my hair and not rushed to tend to her next appointment, then I wouldn't have been as bothered by this experience. I've had better work from a Great Clips.
