BEWARE of this company! We built a new home in Alamogordo and decided to hire this company. The owner, Mars, kept calling the bank wanting to get paid and yet he hadn't completed the work on the home. We ended up paying him in full with his word that he would come back and finish the work in the showers and he never showed up. I spoke with him on numerous occasions and he kept promising that he would be there and never was. I would be very skeptical of hiring this company because they are not true to their word and their work was not professionally done. We had numerous cracking throughout our concrete flooring and we were told by the people who mix the concrete that M&S Quality Construction company uses the cheapest materials and charges the customer for more expensive materials. I have heard similar stories about this company and I would highly recommend that you choose a different company for your construction needs or you will regret it!
