I agree with all these people. I too was with Lydia Cladek. First of all I bought a vechile way out in a small town and got screwed right away. My vechile already had problems with it but, by now we are stuck. The only good thing I could say is that I did have one guy I talked to everytime and he was very polite. It's his boss' that are the real jerks. I was in a screaming match with one lady and she told me why did I get a vechile I couldn't take care of (cause now we are buying parts), a few mins later my boyfriend called her and she was sweet as pie. They are very nasty and rude people!! Like they don't get in binds or have to talk to customer servce agents themselves, they don't care about their customers, we pay their salaries!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCREW YOU AND THEN LEAVE WITH YOUR VECHILE Pros: There is only one good cust svce agent there Cons: they are rude, mean and nasty, and nobody knows what the heck is going on more

I see 3 1/2 stars on the overall rating of this company at the top of this listing, however, I would have to disagree with that rating!\r I purchased a vehicle from a dealer who in turn sold the contract to Lydia Cladek, my interaction with thier costomer service has been everything but stellar! \r When I received the payment book from them (the only written communication to date) I requested a written statment of how much of our balance was owed to them and if we could pay 1 payment per month instead of every 2 weeks. I was told that they could not tell me the exact amount we owed them but we could send them a payment each month. When I begain to send only 1 payment per month the phone calls begain and then the ""automated recorded"" calls started, I asked them to not call with the automated as they were calling my cell phone! They stopped automatic calling and instead begin harrassing people on my reference list!\r To date I have not received any statement from them nor have I gotten any better customer service, I find there phone staff rude and very anti customer to say the least! Pros: I have worked with only 1 person, and that was in the title area who was nice to speak to Cons: Rude, difficult to work with, unable to speak to same person twice more

I have been with this company now for two years and all I want is out. They are all rude and have no business helping any kind of customer based business. I think it is one of their requirements before hiring to be a completely rude!!!! Stay away from this company you will only get problems. And alot of nasty phone calls!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I got my car from a buy here pay here and was under the impression I could just pay every week 1 month later they sell the account to Lydia cladeck I had done some reashere on this site and others and they are rated bad. They call for nothing over and over again I have also requested they not call my cell and they do anyway I will be filling a formal complaint regurading them. Stay way if at all possibel the are so harrassing company not professional company nor do they have good customer serivce skills. Stay Away at all cost no work it! more

I was having money problems so I tried to split up a payment into two weekly payments by phone. Which they told me would be fine. Then they sent in both checks on the same day which over drew my account by $150.00 and refused to accept responisbility for what happened. They told me that they thought i was just trying to scam them into paying my overdraft fees. I went all the way to the top of the company talking with very rude people and absolutely no customer appreciation. I was even hung up on several times. Cons: Everything more
