The limo broke down on the way to pick our party up, so they sent another one which had dirty glasses and no ice.\r

They fulfilled partial service and refuse to refund the difference. I knew in advance that I was not going to need the entire time with the limo and their service representative advised me prior to our event (and then again afterwards) that it is company policy to refund in these such cases. Different answers from different representatives when you call the office. \r
