wish there was a no star rating. my girlfriend took me there for my birthday on a recommendation from a client of hers. it was not good at all. food was way overpriced. i dont mind dropping $40-$50 for a really good steak, which the steaks here were only $38, but they were overcooked and very bland. the asparagus was soggy, the potatoes were hard. the server wasn't ever there to check on us, even though there were only 3 other guests besides us the whole time we were there. i was carded for drinks, but not wished a happy birthday. when a manager came near the end of our meal to ask how it was, we said it was kinda bland. she said ""really? sorry"" and walked away. we were never thanked for coming, nor was there a ""good bye"". i called and asked for a manager after leaving, and she said she would talk to the owner and call me back tuesday. it's wednesday and i just called. the owner answered the phone and just said there was nothing he was going to do for me. i asked why he couldn't even call, and he just reiterated that he wasn't going to do anything. we spent over $100 for the two of us, and it was supposed to be a special occasion. i've never had a worse experience at a steak place in my life, texas roadhouse and the like included. go anywhere else but there.
Pros: absolutely none
Cons: everything about lukes, including the owner
