Lucille Roberts

The greeting I received, or should I say did not receive was icy cold with a bad attitude the second I walked through the door. I was just looking in to finding out some info on the gym and classes. The girls behind the reception desk were as rude and quick answered as could be. I asked if I could have a little info and the woman shoves this card in my face and tells me to fill it out with my information. I then said before I give you my information would you mind just telling me a little about the health club? With her rotten attitude she said ""NO"" I need your information before I will be able to answer anything. I fill out my info and hand it over to the woman and she tells me to ""go walk around down stairs to see if you like it"". I take a brief stroll and decide that I rather not give my money to a place like this with absolutely zero customer service. I walk back upstairs and go by the desk to say no thanks to this lovely place and before I even have the chance the bad attitude receptionist has 2 cards out on the table for me to look at. This woman had the nerve to go right into sale mode with me. Had she maybe even said HELLO when I walked in the door I might have given Lucille Roberts a chance. But if this is the type of people this establishment has working their desk I would rather not have to walk through their nasty energy every time I go to the gym! I rather stick to my over priced one where I'm treated like a person. more

I enjoying working out in Lucille Roberts for the simple fact that everything is so clean and fresh. Th employees at Lucile are very motivated, energetic and always brighten your day.The location is very convenient because you are surrounded by many methods of public transportation. The gym provides us with the latest machines that are kept in great condition. more

I enjoy coming to Lucille Roberts for the fun of the motivation that surround the gym with the wonderful ladies that attend the gym. We inspire and encourage each other when some don't have the energy of will to push forward. enjoy classes especially on Wednesdays with Maleeq The staff is very nice! They have no problem answering questions that are asked of them. I am greeted with a smile from the time I walk in the door. keep up the good work ladies. Down Side: not enough ELLIPTICALS!!! I'm quiet sure the ladies that use the shower, I am one of them would appreciate if we had a little cleaning solution for showers so we can clean behind ourselves That would be a great help. or else the cleaning lady would have to clean after each person that steps out of shower :( I don't think that would be fair to her. keep stock of toiletries otherwise love being at Lucille Roberts.. more

Hello there, I want to let everyone now that Lucille Roberts is a fabulous place to work out. The staff is super friendly and very attentive to client needs. The machines have been updated and perform very good. The classes are so much fun. The ladies that attend are all very nice. The location is very confident..the train stop is right on the same block. I have been going here for a while. This gym is very good. For those who desire motivation to continue their exercise program. Get up ! and Go ! Be inspired ! to meet your weight loss and toning goals ! Be healthy ! and Strong ! Do it ! you will never regret a minute ! Have Fun ! more

Its a good gym, euipment is ok...classes are pretty cool...i just wonder if the weight loss supplements really work.....hmmm... more

This gym is very good actually, i mean its for women and by women....the staff are friendly, thank god for that, i love the classes, instructors the most...i just wish they gave classes during the afternoon that would be awesome.... more

I like this lucille roberts because its nearby for me, the equipment is not that bad , i like the classes better & the instructors, i just wish there were more machines, hopefully new ones.... more
