It's a GREAT day to be a Ramb...ahh, forget it 7/30/2007

You might have heard of this high school being home of Michael Jordan's two boys, Marcus and Jeff, and Bill Murray and Chris O'Donnell. But they are brfore and after my time that I spent here. If I had to choose a time to go back to and begin my whole life all over again, it would be here at the beginning of my freshman year (Fall 96). Back then, the athmosphere was more easy going, including dress code. Since sophomore year and a new headmaster, things got stricter and stricter. But that was just one thing I'd be going back to. The academics were good, but I felt that they didn't do enough to prep me for college which contradicts the slogan ""college prep school"". I guess to put it in simpler terms, the good memories outweigh the bad, but by the time everyone said goodbye in June 2000, we were all tired of each other. I look back to this place where I met my first gf, found meaning of religion, worked for a biased yearbook editor in chief who didn't take things seriously and rather be at Burger King with his friends, felt like I was on top of the world come the first half of my senior year only to crash & burn the 2nd half and thus making me who I am (and i'm not talking about ""senioritis"" either). If I had the chance I would push the rewind button and come back to my days here to fix things to where they should be. But enough about my life. The academics I learned here will force you to challenge yourself. You'll study like you've never have so you get high marks on your PSAT, SATs, and ACTs. You'll have fun and learn the meaning of ""People for others"" by their after school activities. Most of all (I hope), you'll mature. I wish I had these years back, not because I wish I could turn back the clock for 4 years, but I miss all the fun I had. High school is really a time to find out who you are and what you will become. This school, old in some areas maybe, is a great institute to find out just who you will become by challanging your mind. Pros: Close to the expressway, TOP private high school institute in Illinois, you'll spend 4 crucial years here developing ""who you are"" Cons: Facility needs a makeover, needs up to date references and equipment, tuition is high more
