It appears I wrongly assumed when they collected a lot of personal information at the time of purchase, I bought and paid for an extended service contract and they have been to my house twice in 2 years to fix the same new front loading Whirlpool washer that I could call them and they can find me in the system and help me fix my issue. Boy was I wrong. After 30 minutes on the phone, we ended at me needed to contact my bank for records from 2 years ago to get the exact date as that is the only way they can look it up. Not address, phone number or name; date. Does not seem well planned out. I will not buy their protection plan or use them for service anymore for sure. Nice enough people but I still have a $1000 paper weight at home that is leaking water all over my floot!
