Loving Care Pet Clinic

Good: the service was very good and dr r cares more about the animal than any vet ii have been to. Bad: ummmmmmmmmm the color of the walls there is nothing not to like about this place. Improvements: for dr r and her staff to paint the walls. Other: i will go back to dr r for ever as long as she has a pratice i will be a client of hers i just cant belive how good she is if i was to rate this place it would be a 10 and the staff there are great they are kind and caring on what and you need if any thing. more

What an awful place! I was completely unimpressed with this clinic and with Dr. Russell. My bad experience started when I first called to make an appointment. The receptionist was rude, curt, and unfriendly (an attitude that seemed the norm for everyone in the clinic when I arrived for my appointment a week later). When I arrived, I filled out paperwork, my cat was weighed and I waited. I was told to go into one of the few exams with my cat. “Dr. Russell” came in and gave my kitten a brisk once over and then gave him a shot. I put quotations around Dr. Russell because she never bothered to introduce herself. I was given my bill and shown the door. I would not recommend this place. They obviously are being ironic with their clinic name and don’t care about animals or their owners. more
