DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY 5/15/2012

Louise Beck Properties has awful, incompetent service. They do not return phone calls or emails. They do not send time-sensitive forms on time. They screwed us over with an ""early marketing agreement"" and now we are stuck paying rent on 2 apartments for 2 months. ALWAYS communicate with this company's incompetent employees in writing to protect yourself down the road. I gave this company 1 star because Larry the maintenance man was consistently prompt and professional. more

I've been working with an agent from Louise Beck Properties and I have to say that they really stay on top of things. The agent is Nate Howard and he has just done such an excellent job! He always takes the initiative in calling you to update you, and he does a very active job in promoting your property. He keeps on top of every situation and is just so easy to work with.
