Very disappointed 5/13/2014

Sorry folks. I wish I had better news. When I was a kid most pizzerias offered yummy pizza. Nowadays, they are all blah. I ordered a large regular pizza bc that is how I judge pizza joints. This tastes like nothing. Given I got onions & jalapeños as toppings, it was especially disappointing to have no flavour. I should have bought a frozen pizza. I life primavera next door but won't try this pizza again. Sad I can't find decent pizza in Yonkers! Help (except Frank Pepe's always good) the crust has zero flavour. more

BIGGER PIES 12/12/2010

I have been eating pizza from the Pizza Cafe for 6 years now...(I admit I've tried a couple of the new places in the past 2 years) but always come back here. The pizzas are the best around...and the food is delicious. As for the Bigger Pies, it's definitely worth it...I asked the guy behind the counter about them and he said the customers love it!!!....$3 for a topping on an entire pie? That's the same price everywhere around for years.....They also have lots of good $$ special deals too all the time on pizza, entrees, and appetizers...I'll be back. more

Bigger pie.....but extremely light! 11/5/2010

Just some constructive criticism here.....I do like your pizza, or used to, until you made them larger! They are bigger in size yes, but it is the same amount od dough as before but stretched out thinner......the larger pies weigh less than the original pies so you are still hungry after 2 slices. Secondly, your toppings are $3....seriously...... $3???? Fresh Garlic for one pie is an extra $3.......there is no bargain here fellas. Thinner pies made larger with the same amount of dough and inflated topping prices make me not come back. The word will be spread. Sorry, but there is no bargain here guys. more

Great pizza joint, excellent desserts 8/20/2005

The pizza cafe is located a short distance from Louie and Johnnie's Italian Restaurant, and is great if you're looking for a more pizza/deli/etc. menu. Again, the menu has a great selection, the delivery is free and really quick, and the service is great. The prices are average, but the food is above average, and the desserts are really good for a pizza place. more
