Owned by the Maestas family, as is La Cocina, they've added a new twist at Los Arcos. In addition to superior Mexican food, they have recently updated their menu with some American restaurant favorites. Now you can get fried cheese, turkey sandwiches, a few pastas, burgers and a cobb salad. Last night I had huevos Mexicanos, which is simply huevos rancheros with potatoes on the side. The waiter was friendly and excellent, although our meals were a little slow in coming, The freshly made guacamole was delicious. We were fighting over the iceberg lettuce in the bottom of the bowl.
